How to use JOYCE-CF

JOYCE-CF offers a wide range of possibilities for its users. From simple datasets to instrument setups, calibration and full dedicated measurement campaigns and physical user access, the field of possible uses is large at JOYCE-CF.

  • Central access to long-term homogeneous datasets of cloud and precipitation observations
  • Special measurement cycles or dedicated field campaigns together with external users
  • Instrument testing and intercomparison for external users
  • Share of expertise in data handling and calibration (Workshops)

One major goal of JOYCE-CF is to support scientists world-wide with high quality data and a holistic view of micro- and macrophysical processes in cloud and precipitation evolution. JOYCE-CF also promotes using our instrumentation for field campaigns or installing additional instrumentation at our site.
